Change Management - Half-day and One-day


This workshop will focus on strategies to use to support people through change, as they come to terms with what is required in the changed situation. It will explore the difference between change and transition and the ways in which change needs to be lead, if it is to be effective and productive.


At the end of this session, participants should be able to:

  • Understand the major reasons why change can fail.
  • Understand the process of change and its impact on people
  • Distinguish between change and transition.
  • Identify some key strategies to assist people to let go of old ways of doing things and to deal with uncertainty during transition, in order to make a new beginning.
  • Understand how to select the most appropriate strategies for leading change through its various stages
