Judi Johnston
B.Ed, Dip Tch.


Judi has had over twenty five years management experience in a variety of contexts. For the last twenty years she has focussed specifically on the area of staff development. Judi brings an extensive background in the facilitation of problem solving sessions and strategic planning within organisations to her current role with PDT Consultancy, in which she is able to assist personnel and organisations clarify their professional development and training needs. Judi undertakes the business management and coordination role in our company.

 

Vanessa Herbert
Post Grad Dip Bus (HRM), Grad Dip (Phys Ed), Dip Teaching, Cert IV TAA


Vanessa combines 14 years experience in adult education with post graduate qualifications and 5 years lecturing experience in Human Resource Management to provide a quality service to clients. Vanessa has extensive experience in facilitating workplace improvement and effectiveness and the development of facilitation skills in others. This is coupled with her background in the development of effective communication. Vanessa is accredited to run DISC workshops, supporting managers and workgroups in exploring their behavioural styles.

 

Faye Harris
B.Ed, BA, Dip Ed, LATC


Faye has over 15 years experience in the field of professional development and training with adults, in both individual and organisational development. Areas of focus have been facilitation of decision-making and strategic planning within organisations, communication skills, team-building and workplace training and assessment. Faye is fully accredited to run workshops using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She has also lectured at post graduate level in Human Resource Management.

 

Bill Reid
B.Ed, Dip Tch


Bill Reid has over 15 experience working in the area of professional development and training with adults. He has successfully presented programmes for several years in personal and organisational development. Bill is an effective communicator who can present information and ideas in a practical way. He is also an experienced facilitator who uses a variety of processes to assist groups achieve their purpose. Bill is accredited in the use of the Team Management Systems (TMS)

 

Ian Crosby
M.Psych, Post Grad Dip Bus(HRM), Dip Ed, Cert IV TAA

Ian brings a Masters degree in Psychology and post graduate qualifications in business, in combination with a variety of work experiences, to his consultancy work in organisational and individual development. Ian has focussed on the development of staff for the last eleven years and has particular interests in the areas of communication, stress management, conflict management and the development of sound Human Resource practice within organisations. Ian is also accredited to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
