Counselling Skills for the Workplace

At the end of this workshop participants will be able to:

  • Gain a better understanding of the way people interact both verbally and non-verbally
  • Apply counselling skills in a work context with employees to assist resolve issues impacting on the workplace
  • Develop skills to assist in dealing with emotions, conflict and distress
  • Establish boundaries for counselling in a work context
  • Refer staff to appropriate support
