Learning Outcomes.  As a result of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Recognise effective and ineffective feedback;
  • Increase the effectiveness of the feedback messages they give;
  • Solicit feedback to increase their own work place effectiveness; and
  • Develop and implement a learning plan to facilitate transfer of learning.
