  • The effect of beliefs in dealing with difficult situations
  • Appropriate management strategies for different people
  • Giving and receiving feedback
  • Changing behaviour

Learning Outcomes. As a result of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Understand more about their own and other personality types;
  • Have examined some of their beliefs in dealing with difficult situations;
  • Have developed and practised skills for managing different people; and
  • Developed strategies to deal with particular situations of concern.
