This may involve job analysis, the development of job descriptions and the preparation of documentation for the creation and classification of positions within the state public sector. These services can be provided for a single position or for the restructuring of a branch or section.  This experience includes the use of the Bipers Job Evaluation Questionnaire used by most government departments as part of the classification process.
