Faye has over 25 years of experience in the provision of professional development and consultancy services. This has included the facilitation of both individual and organisational development, as well as an extensive number of reviews and evaluations conducted on behalf of organisations.
A very wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors has accessed her consultancy services. This has included working with CEOs and their Senior Executive teams to facilitate organisational change. Her approach is always very client-focused and responsive.
Areas of focus have been leadership and management development and the facilitation of decision-making and strategic planning within organisations. She also has extensive experience in the development of communication skills and building effective teams.
Faye is also very experienced in the recruitment and selection of staff in the public sector (from Senior Executive positions to traineeships) and has also delivered training in this area for panel members and applicants for over 20 years.
Faye is accredited to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and also the EQ-I 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence Assessment) and the EQ 360 (Multi-rater) instruments.
She has also lectured at postgraduate level in Human Resource Management.
