Ian Crosby

Position: Director

Ian brings a masters’ degree in counselling psychology and post graduate qualifications in human resource management, in combination with a variety of work experiences, to his consultancy work in organisational and individual development.

Ian has consulted and trained in the area of organisational and individual development across a range of public sector agencies for over 25 years. He has particular interests in the areas of communication, team building, stress management and conflict management. He is experienced in building sound human resource practice, particularly performance management, and recruitment and selection processes.

Ian is accredited to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the EQ-I 2.0 and the EQ 360 instruments and the Strong Interest Inventory.

Vanessa Herbert

Position: Director

Vanessa has worked extensively with organisations in Western Australia. She has developed expertise in working with the Public Sector over the last twenty five years. As an educator, trainer and facilitator Vanessa has worked with the public and private sectors facilitating strategic planning, team building, learning and development, continuous improvement, and reviews and evaluations.

She has worked with a broad range of organisations from agriculture and engineering through to human services including community, health and education. Always client centric, managers and staff engage in content and processes that reflect current and authentic business needs.

Bill Reid

Position: Senior Consultant

Bill has specialised in providing a consultancy service to public sector organisations for over twenty five years. He is a highly effective communicator who listens and responds to client needs. His great passion is supporting the learning and development needs of staff to build more effective and productive workplaces. He delivers information and ideas in practical ways and develops strong connections with participants during professional learning opportunities, encouraging people to embrace new ideas and grow.

Bill is also an experienced group facilitator. He has facilitated strategic and operational planning at corporate, directorate and branch level with government departments, other agencies and private sector organisations.

Geraldine Morris

Position: Business Coordinator

Geraldine has had extensive experience in administration roles within Government, education and the private sector. She brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the PDT team and will be your first point of contact. Geraldine undertakes the business management and coordination role in our company.
