We facilitate groups to come to consensus on strategic direction, priorities, underpinning tasks or actions and clear targets and measures.
Review and Evaluation Services
The consultancy is experienced in using a range of research methodology to support effective reviews and evaluations of programs and initiatives. Whether facilitating focus groups or designing and applying interview and survey instruments, the consultants are skilled in conceptualising key information and presenting findings that support organisational change and improvement.
