Vanessa has worked extensively with organisations in Western Australia. She has developed expertise in working with the Public Sector over the last twenty five years. As an educator, trainer and facilitator Vanessa has worked with the public and private sectors facilitating strategic planning, team building, learning and development, continuous improvement, and reviews and evaluations.

She has worked with a broad range of organisations from agriculture and engineering through to human services including community, health and education. Always client centric, managers and staff engage in content and processes that reflect current and authentic business needs.

Her strength is successfully engaging uncertain or reluctant participants in times of organisational change or renewal. She has worked with organisations in building staff capability to meet changing expectations.

Vanessa has key experience in working with organisations to plan service improvement processes. This ranges from cultural change initiatives, learning and development needs analysis through to supporting staff through organisational restructures.

Vanessa is also experienced in working with performance development processes with both staff and managers.

Vanessa is an experienced facilitator able to bring groups to consensus to deliver planned outcomes. She is skilled in designing collaborative workshops that enable participants to explore and plan for future change and innovation.

She can bring a diverse group together to openly and respectfully communicate key ideas and concepts, having defined protocols for a respectful workshop environment.
