Ian brings a Masters degree in psychology and post graduate qualifications in business, in combination with a variety of work experiences, to his consultancy work in organisational and individual development. Ian has focussed on the development of staff for over twenty years and has particular interests in the areas of management development, communication, stress management and the development of sound human resource practice within organisations.

Ian is experienced in reviews of organisational structures and works with job evaluation and classification in public sector organisations.  Ian also has extensive experience in recruitment and selection of staff across state and local government agencies.

Ian is accredited to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and also the EQ-I 2.0 and the EQ 360 instruments.
