PDT Consultancy is a member of the Human Resources, Whole of Government Panel HRS2015 Category 1: Job Design and Classification. Consultants from PDT Consultancy are experienced in all aspects of the development and review of job descriptions.

This may involve job analysis, developing job descriptions and preparing documentation for the creation and classification of positions within the WA public sector. These services can be provided for a single position or for the restructuring of a branch or section. This experience includes the use of the BIPERS Job Evaluation Questionnaire used by most government departments as part of the classification process.
