Skilled communicators deliver and influence outcomes in meetings and presentations, and through the documents they produce. Clear and concise communication, fit for purpose and sensitive to audience is the foundation of workplace effectiveness. Effective communicators engage with others face to face or choose from a variety of written and visual mediums and technologies.
